Distributors, OEM partners and procurement teams ask us for the same documents before they sign: proof that our management systems are certified, and by whom. From today you can download all of them from our sustainability page, alongside the Integrated Policy that ties them together.

All four certificates cover the same activity, in the words printed on them: design and production management, through assembly, and service of coffee machines and related accessories. Bureau Veritas issues and audits every one.

What each certificate covers

Standard What it certifies Certified since Sites Valid until
ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system February 1997 Chignolo d'Isola (BG) 10 December 2026
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system September 2013 Chignolo d'Isola (BG) 5 September 2028
PAS 24000:2022 Social management system: labour practices, health and safety, ethics and human rights September 2024 Chignolo d'Isola (BG) 29 September 2027
UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender equality management system June 2026 Chignolo d'Isola (BG) and Lainate (MI) 21 June 2029

ISO 9001 is the oldest of the four. Our plant at Chignolo d'Isola has held it since 1997, which means almost thirty years of audited processes for design, assembly, testing and after-sales service.

ISO 14001 governs how we measure and reduce the environmental impact of making machines: energy, waste and materials, with suppliers encouraged to meet recognised environmental standards of their own.

PAS 24000 covers the social side of the business: working conditions, health and safety, freedom of association and ethical conduct, including the ethical standards we ask of our suppliers.

UNI/PdR 125 is the Italian reference practice for gender equality at work. It covers recruitment, pay, career progression, parental support and the prevention of harassment. We received it in June 2026, and it is the only one of the four that also covers our Lainate branch near Milan.

One policy behind the four systems

The four systems run under a single Integrated Policy (MOD-520, Rev. 01, January 2026), published on the same page. It sets the commitments the auditors check against: quality, the environment, health and safety at work, social responsibility and gender equality.

The certificates sit next to our EcoVadis rating, where we hold a Silver medal with a score of 75/100, placing us in the top 15% of companies EcoVadis assessed. The medal is valid through August 2027.

Why we publish them

A distributor qualifying a new supplier, or an OEM partner running a vendor audit, should not have to wait for an email to see our certificates. The PDFs on the sustainability page are the documents Bureau Veritas issued, in Italian, and each one tells you how to check its validity directly with the certification body.

When a certificate renews, we replace the file on the same page.
