VEA Advisor
The VEA Advisor chat widget stores nothing in your browser: the conversation and the one-off welcome prompt are held in page memory only and disappear when you close or reload the page. No cookie, localStorage or sessionStorage item is created by the Advisor.
How consent works
Technical items are strictly necessary to deliver the site or to record your own cookie choice, so they need no consent. Google Analytics is loaded only after you press Accept: before that, Consent Mode keeps analytics, advertising, ad user data and ad personalisation storage denied, and no request is sent to Google. If you decline, no analytics script is ever loaded.
Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page; the notice reopens and your new choice replaces the previous one immediately. You can also delete cookies and site data through your browser settings.
